Usability/design guru enlightens crowd

It might not apply to money, success, or happiness, but when it comes to text on the Web, less is definitely better, usability expert Ginny Redish told local technical communicators last night.

Redish, co-author of several books on usability and information design, is a consultant, practitioner, and frequent speaker at national events. Her visit to the chapter's opening meeting of the season drew more than 30 chapter members and visitors to the University Club at Vanderbilt.
