February 2001 Meeting: Rx for Your Help
(subtitled: Beating Your Help Tools Into Submission)

A great turnout of about 30 chapter members and guests got a whirlwind tour of recent help authoring tool (HAT) developments. And, perhaps more importantly, we got a glimpse into the toolbox of online help maven M.J. Plaster.

M.J. revealed the powerful but inexpensive software tools she uses to fix the glitches and smooth the rough patches left by today's top HATs—RoboHELP, ForeHelp, and Doc-to-Help.
