January 2001 Meeting: Usability Is Not Personal Preference

About 20 chapter members and guests took a tour of the usability lab at the Deloitte & Touche PracticeServiceCenter. They also participated in or observed a Web site usability test. Jacqui Miller, creator and manager of the usability lab, gave an enlightening presentation on the topic. The PowerPoint presentation is available via links below to download or view online.
